Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video (from opening the outer packaging until the product is fully unwrapped) without any cuts or edits.
Claims of missing items, damages, or defects will only be entertained if supported by an unboxing video.
In the absence of such proof, Velaro reserves the right to reject the claim.
Refunds
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Shipping/handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

Velaro reserves the right to reject any return/refund/exchange request if the product shows signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused during transit.
Velaro is not liable for damages caused due to improper handling, negligence, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi High Court.
