- Returns/Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video (from opening the outer packaging until the product is fully unwrapped) without any cuts or edits.
- Claims of missing items, damages, or defects will only be entertained if supported by an unboxing video.
- In the absence of such proof, Velaro reserves the right to reject the claim.
Refunds
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping/handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
Legal Disclaimer
- Velaro reserves the right to reject any return/refund/exchange request if the product shows signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused during transit.
- Velaro is not liable for damages caused due to improper handling, negligence, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi High Court.
