All confirmed orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details.

Orders placed during high-demand periods or sales may take slightly longer to process — but we promise, it’s worth the wait.

2. Shipping Timeline

We currently ship across India.

Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days after dispatch (depending on your location).

Express Delivery (if available): 2–4 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹[Insert Amount].

For orders below this value or for Cash on Delivery (COD), a minimal shipping fee may apply and will be displayed during checkout.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use it anytime to check the real-time status of your delivery.

5. Packaging & Handling

Each Velaro product is carefully packed using durable, eco-friendly materials to ensure it reaches you in pristine condition — just as it left our workshop. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately with photos so we can assist you promptly.

6. Delays or Issues

While we work closely with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, public holidays, or logistical issues. We appreciate your patience and assure you that our team will do everything possible to resolve any delay quickly.

7. International Shipping

At the moment, Velaro ships only within India. However, international shipping options are being considered and will be announced soon.
